Blog Template Modification

Modifying WordPress (themes) templates to suit your needs can be a difficult task. Many WordPress blog templates are set up to perform a certain set of tasks making modification (unless you are a CSS or HTML expert) extremely difficult. I do enjoy modifying templates to some extent, but when I want to get a blog up and running quickly I choose a different option. There are many inexpensive blogging template solutions out there and some of them outperform others. Here’s a list of some WordPress Template designs I think you might like.

1. Studio Press All Theme Package:

For the value I would suggest purchasing the all theme package from Sudio Press rather than purchasing the themes one at a time (although, I believe you can upgrade to the all theme package anytime at a reduced cost). This way you get all the themes you need for future projects. Modify them any way you like or run the themes just the way they are, it’s your choice. The reason I put Studio Press first on my list, is because these are the templates I use for most of my blogs (y-internetmarketing.com, easykeywordselection.com and the site you are currently visiting).

2. WordPress Remix: This isn’t really a template package. It is an all in one CSS WordPress solution. It comes with a variety of unique page elements. Although I have not used the WordPress Remix theme it was a toss up between Remix and Studio Press. For me, I liked havig the instant diversity offered by Studio Press, but if you are only planning on running one blog or website Remix may be the answer.
